Development Manager who will be responsible for net-new logo sales
in the mid-market space.If you are a highly successful HRMS/Payroll
salesperson and have followed the growing success of our company,

- Consistently exceed sales quotas
- Must have proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions to
complex organizations
- Must have worked primarily as a New Logo Rep (Hunter) and
consistently exceeded sales quotas. Develop and maintain a working
knowledge of solutions, technology and capabilities to solve
customer challenges and help them achieve stated business
outcomes.
- Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and
end users within an assigned territory.
- Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing
proposals for customers on HCM, Payroll solutions and services
aligned with the prospective customer's needs.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of HCM/SaaS Industry, competitors
and analysts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation
skills
- Maintain a working knowledge of products and capabilities,
incorporating technical advances in presentations to end users
- Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and
end users within an assigned territory
- Incredibly organized
- Experience with a diversity of prospecting strategiesMinimum
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven success selling HCM/Payroll
solutionsTravel Requirement:

position is $115,000--- annually; however, base pay offered may
vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and
