Job Description:
A company is looking for an Automation Delivery Lead for a
6-month contract-to-hire remote assignment in the insurance
domain.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a development team, fostering collaboration and
motivation
Develop project plans, track progress, and communicate status to
stakeholders
Collaborate on designing scalable automation solutions and
implement process improvements
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager in an agile
environment; 2+ years in a Delivery Leadership role
7+ years in automation delivery or project management within
digital transformation
Experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager with a strong
understanding of Agile principles
Basic knowledge of development, SQL, and JavaScript
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
