Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Partnerships and Channel Sales Management to lead our efforts in developing, onboarding, and managing strategic partnerships and channel sales initiatives. This role will be instrumental in driving our go-to-market strategy, enhancing our partner ecosystem, and driving innovation and revenue growth through effective partnership management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in partner management, channel sales, relationship building, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish relationships with existing and potential strategic and channel partners, including integration partners, technology providers, resellers, and other channel partners.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding process for new partners to ensure a smooth integration into our sales, product, and operational model.
  • Oversee the performance of strategic and channel sales partners, setting targets and KPIs, driving growth, and managing forecasts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Foster strong, trusted relationships that drive influence and growth within partner organizations.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and materials for partners to enhance their sales effectiveness and product knowledge.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities to inform partnership strategy and decision-making.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align partner strategy with product roadmap, sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and customer initiatives.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in partnership development and channel management, preferably in hospitality technology.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing partnerships, influencing partners, and achieving KPI's and partner targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset and a passion for driving results.
  • Strong collaborator with company stakeholders and partners to jointly achieve results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
